During the first round of the Brawl only, increase that Phosphos' Power Level by 300 points in addition to the opponent's decrease.
- Increases your Phosphos' Attack Force by 3 points.

Unfortunately, I cannot use Paralysis Venom quite yet, however, I do get an extra 300 point boost to Phosphos' power level.
